Issue with ESXI

Hello guys,
i have an issue with ESXI. I can’t connect to vm through VMRC.

I tried to do this through web console(using 3 different browsers), through VMRC windows app, and i can’t do this. I can only connect to vm’s through android app, but i can’t do admin stuff through the phone.

When i’m trying to open console in windows app VMRC, i have only error “The client has generated an error parsing the server VNC data stream(error: Internal error). Disconnecting.”
