VMware
vCenter 6.5 to 6.7 upgrade filed, not only getting a fresh install option..
Initially failed with:

which I am almost sure was down to the Autogrowth settings on the database. If I try to re-run the installer again I am getting a database wipe option which is obviously something I do not want to do:

Migrate to the VCSA. vCenter for Windows is deprecated.
Why are you trying to upgrade a Windows vCenter? You need to migrate to VCSA. vCenter Server on Windows is basically dead in the water.
When a vCenter for Windows upgrade fails, there is no automatic roll back. It will instead uninstall vCenter, create a log bundle, and exit the install leaving you in a bad state. Hopefully you made a snapshot of your vCenter server before starting the upgrade. If so, roll it back. If it already modified your vCenter database you may need to restore the database back to a point in time just before the upgrade was attempted.
As others have mentioned, you should be migrating to VCSA. But saying that doesn’t get you out of your current situation.
