VMware View Agent on Physical Windows 10 desktop computer – unable to logon

Hi, I am trying to allow two of my user to remotely access their work desktop (Win 10) via VMware Horizon View. These desktops are Active Directory domain joined.

I have installed View Agent on both computers then added both computers to the View desktop pool, assigned each desktop with each user. When user logon via browser ([view.mydomain.com](https://view.mydomain.com)) and select the pool, one of them gets straight to the desktop, however another user gets a Windows 10 logon screen with the message saying “**Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.**”. This same use can successfully logon locally thought. I have also tried with other users and they all get same error when trying to logon to this particular computer.

I have checked GPO and Local Group Policy for this computer:

Computer Configuration >> Windows Settings >> Security Settings >> Local Policies >> User Rights Assignment >> Access this computer from the network — has Administrators, Everyone, Users, Backup Operators

These uses are not in Deny Logon Locally.

Any help on this would be much appreciated, thank you.
