0:50 – Ubuntu 22.04 Container (CT) in Proxmox 3:50 – neofetch for Ubuntu 22.04 container (CT) 6:28 – FAILED! Kernel is too new (Containers in Proxmox use the host kernel, not the operating system kernel. That's why it failed here. The kernel is too new. I have to use a real VirtualMachine (VM) install of Ubuntu 22.04. 8:03 – Downloading ISO of Ubuntu Linux 22.04 Server. 2GB. 8:40 – Uploading ISO to my proxmox machine so I can install a fresh VM with it. 9:22 – Shutting down and deleting Ubuntu CT. 9:55 – Creating a new VM for Ubuntu. This is a real, full install of the Ubuntu Linux server ISO I just downloaded. You can even do this on a real PC using a DVD or USB stick. 20:35 – Neofetch for the real Ubuntu 22.04 VM now as opposed to the CT at 3:50. 23:21 – FAILED! I stupidly forgot to change the CPU from 1 core to 8. 24:09 – Neofetch again after setting 8 CPU cores. 24:36 – SUCCESS!!! 28:07 – Jitsi Meet server is up and works exactly the same as Debian Linux. 35:03 – I show an example of why watching videos on cell phones is just not good enough. 39:01 – My monitor is an LG UltraGear 38GL950G-B 38" 21:9. It was $1600 when I bought it. There is an Alienware right here for $899 which I hear is the same exact monitor as mine. That's a really good deal. It's a GREAT 38" computer monitor. I love it. Best monitor I ever owned by far.
Merry Christmas Nirv! 🎄☃️❣️
