Been waffling awhile now, I have a 5600x/3070/16gb ddr 3600 2 1TB nvme 4.0; Ive been gnashing my teeth on the lack of VRAM in some of my newer games. I like playing in Ultrawide 1440p(34"UW gigabyte WQHD 1440p) What I've struggled with is the fact the 8gb vram is holding me back, so i really want to upgrade the cpu and gpu, 5800x3d/rx7800, just dont like the pricing, when i could also go AM5 7800x3d/rx7900 xtx, ive already bought a 4gb nvme and 32gb 6000 ddr5 and 1000w psu(think it was on your psu tier list but cant recall; its been awhile since i bought it. I'm now just going to wait til the newer AMD stuff drops and decide then. Newest stuff vs whats available now(maybe at a bit of a discount by then)
Will 600 rated series DDR5 work with 700 series boards okay?
I really want that 5600 32×2 Gskill set with 28 CAS I saw on Newegg.
Just wondering.
i wish you guys would talk about what things like “3.9ghz “ vs more on a cpu mean for those who don’t know any thing at all about pcs like me loool 😅 very informative nonetheless tho appreciate u and ur effort and time to make this for us
How do I check the audio codec? Before buying the motherboard, I mean
I got a rtx 3080 and r7 5800x to upgrade my pc. Both used products. Its my first time building a pc on my own. Do you think its a good upgrade?
I get a
I5 12400f + rx 7600..

Jason, please help, what is the difference with a $300CAD 2k 144fps monitor than a $1000 with similar specs but different brand?
My monitor goes black but it doesn’t fully power off. Is it just overheating? It only does this in the bigger games I play. It cost 400 for 2k 240fps Acer
I watched this and it’s very helpful considering I am planning to get my first real job, and I could use a new budget PC build 😅
I’ve been an Xbox player for 15 years but I’m not sure staying on Xbox is a good idea… I’m really considering switching to PC… should i keep playing on Xbox SX and see what the next gen is like then make a decision or just switch now?
Hey, Jason! Could you create a video where you construct a PC with the NZXT H5 Flow case and in the budget of $1000? I am thinking about building a PC with that case and would want to see what you would do. I like watching your videos and they have helped me in the past.
Thanks for making a whole psu buying guide. It's not so easy for noobs to just look at the cultist tier list and know what is happening on that page
Best informative videos! Especially for a newb like me! We want more!
I think you forgot to mention that the Ryzen processors with integrated graphics are slower than the processors with the same name but lacking graphics. This is due to the cache on the CPU's with integrated graphics are half the size of the cache on the CPU's without the graphics core. So unless you are only going to use the integrated graphics do not get a Ryzen with the graphics core.
The Intel processors don't suffer the same problem. There you can compare the price of the processor and get the cheaper version without graphics if you are not going to use the Quick Sync option. Now there is something I heard from someone who do use QuickSync, or at least that's how I understood it. He's gaming on a Radeon 7900XT card, and has an Intel processor with graphics, if i remember correctly. He added an ARC A350 or something in that range, installed the drivers but didn't connect a monitor. This card took over the Quick Sync work and improved performance in video conversions.
Thank you for your videos after watching your videos I built my own pc!!
