  1. Just go with a Holosun man!!! Unless it's going onto a range toy. For that it's great!! You are right tho, Vortex is an amazing company, for GLASS-NOT red dots Haha they usually leave you lacking with their red dots, hence the Defender. If you carry this, be warned!! You will draw it and there won't be a dot Lol hopefully it's not a life-or-death situation. I bought this and returned it for a Holosun within 48 hours. I loved everything about it except the Specs, can't trust it with my life, let alone my family's.

  2. I’ve got the 6 MOA as well. I’ve found that setting 5-6 works for me in typical day time settings. I actually drop it down to setting 4 overnight on the nightstand. I too feel like Vortex is being honest about the battery life of 9500 continuous hours on setting 6 which is approximately 395 days/13 months. So I’m gonna let the battery life play out and see what it gets. I’m fine with a battery lasting a year especially with a dot that doesn’t require taking off to change. Currently at about 4 months and running fine.
