  1. Hey everyone!

I’m seeing a lot of people ask about what the giant backpack I have is for and where I’m going in the woods. I totally get that, totally understandable question, I’d probably wonder the same thing.

    Happy Earth Day!

  2. Thank you for your videos! I don't live in the same country but I learn so much about stuff I ignored most part of my life like watches, boots, clothing, etc. Better late than never. But thanks for your videos.

  3. I don't understand why some don't seem to get that the 880 $ jeans isn't workwear and that it isn't being presented as such? Of course its not worth it if you purely want a durable work jean (I'm pretty certain the low tension weave of the $800 jean would fail relatively quickly during physical labour). It has more similarities to artwork than a pair of Wrangler MWZ 13s.
People are paying so much for the craftsmanship, the heritage, the materials, the complex dyeing +weaving, etc. Also exclusivity.

  4. The entire denim cult is hogwash when you remember that those were once worker pants and worker pants only. Now every rich kid wants those $900,- denim to make an appearance. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I wear my denim every day and not just to some special parties. What do I want with an expensive one when five or six good quality denim are enough?

  5. I really like the selvedge uniqlo jeans but I wish they had a patch, any patch, even a paper one. I just wonder how much more could they cost if they had one, and for sure compared to the 50usd pricetag, I’m sure people would still buy them. The non-selvedge ones cost the same and so do they shorts and stuff so its not a material issue?

  6. Most of the time i ll buy a jeans, or any other pants up till 30 bucks in sales or not, and up till 50 bucks custumising it in length, take off waste space from the legs and thighs and lower the belt hight by shortening zipper or buttons.

  7. the jeans i buy to use on my job are even cheaper from a mexican cousin of waltmart i buy these because they are 6$ a pair, kind of thick kind of coarse but i use them in a car shop where you cant have nice things since oil destroys everything, i wash them propperly and take care of them so they last me a decent amount of time and now that is getting colder they come clutch since my legs stay decently warm.

  8. DOUBT IT 😏
I HAVE WORKED WITH DENIM AND MADE DENIM JEANS HERE IN LOS ANGELES THAT ARE BETTER THAN MOST JEANS EVEN SOLD AT THE DIESEL STORE.
Plus we all know that the best denim is made in Italy and Mexico.

  9. The truth about Levis is that you are paying 80% for the brand name, which is diminishing daily instead of quality and as much as the Japanese jeans cost, you are paying it for quality instead of lining the pockets of the CEOs.

  10. My levis jeans ripped while getting out of the car. Every other pair of pants i own, which are all no name pants under 40$ performed that poorly while also being older
