Brains is not just software……they are also well known for their mining pool…also that 90 number you saw is a temp gauge. Also if I'd hafto guess at why you can't get to high mode is because the power supply is lying to you about the actual output it can give. It seems way maxed out as it is. Also your cable, it might not be rated for 140w.
You didnt buy the 'full setup' WITH PLUG & brick, you bought the cheap version without its power brick. With its power brick youll get high hashrates. So it's not really $99 😅 they got your ass now you have to pay for the powerbrick and shipping
I bought 3 of these. Been doing research and stock powersupplys run really hot too, maybe too much strain on it. I'm going to try and get a bigger power supply to take off strain and see if temps are better

It's been dumping and pumping in this range for ages! It's technically just going sideways, sideways means generally stagnant. More emphasis should be put into day trading, as it less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market.
