Im 5 my 100m is a 3.4 i have offers from literally every school in the USA 🇺🇸 im 8’10 900lbs i bench 500k and dead lift 100,000,000 for practice i can run a 6.22 in 400m dash my longest run ever is a 6.44 and i practice everyday of the year every single year Ive been alive i never take breaks and i have never lost a race and i have 400k gold medals.

  2. I have gotten 12 seconds at 13 but I genuinely want to get better as I feel ive gotten slower after my 14th birthday. Do you have any more tips to have a good start because I'm always late at the gunshot. 🙁

  3. I'm not a sprinter,i'm a distance runner,I run the 800m and the mile.My mile time is 6:36 and my 800 time is 2:51.(NOT BRAGGING!!)For anyone who runs distance and struggles, here are some tips:
    Mile tips:
    -Start off behind 1-2 people and the people in the front usually gas their self out.
    -Try breathing in your nose and out your mouth,It is VERY difficult for me,but I believe in you and God will help you too!
    -Breathe slowly!!Don't breathe fast because it will raise your heart rate up and freak you out.
    -DON'T GAS YOURSELF OUT!!!!!
    -run at a GOOD PACE!!
    -On the last lap,give it EVERYTHING YOU GOT!!!
    (people usually give up on the last lap so this is your time to shine babes!!)

    800M Tips!!:
    -again,pick 1-2 people to stay behind!
    -Don't start off too fast but too slow,keep a good pace!!
    -BREATHE GOOD!!IT'S VERY IMPORTANT!!
    -Run out EVERYTHING YOU GOT IN THE LAST 200!!!
    Again,I do long distance in Track,and i'm a Cross Country runner,and i've played soccer my whole life and these are just tips that work for me!!
    ALSO DONT CLINCH YOUR FISTS!!!

  4. y'all so dumb this could very possibly be real. When I was 14 I could run the 100m in 12.9 and I'm not even considered a top athlete. Now i'm 16 and one of the people I train with is 15 and can run 100m in 12.1, he also isn't a proffesional runner who's the best but considered a very good athlete
