  1. Awesome!

Mr GA! Phenomenal work! Unparalleled and packed full of information detailing this beautifully spectacular region. Once again you’re amazing!
I bet dealing with all the traffic and population masses you’re reaffirming the serenity balance of the wide open areas of the west….if that makes sense.

Just curious if you have maintained a log or budget on campsites, fuel, or food, etc for this trip. If yes, would you be willing to share? This has been a Grand Adventure loop. Amazing! Thank you again!

  2. This was a wonderful video. I live in the Plymouth area – NW side near the airport – and this video gave me new appreciation for the beauty of my home. The wife and I just watched and we were both captivated with the cinematography and the effort that went into this production.

  3. Interesting area…Very much does seem like the places the high and mighty would hang out at …I think i would enjoy seeing the little town of Provincetown…Imagine the food and drink in the area is a treat also….Looking forward to seeing /hearing about the little dog episode thing you mentioned last week…Travel safe, stay well…

  4. Great job covering the cape. Did you see the canal when the tide was changing? The current is really fast.
More great light houses like The Point Judith Lighthouse. Look into the Point Judith Fisherman's Memorial.
You might try George's of Galilee for dining. Another good place is Matunuck Oyster Bar and there is always Mariner Grille and waiting line at Iggy's Doughboys & Chowder House. Any questions about the area let me know.
Are you going to tour the mansions' like The Breakers?

  5. Wow! Just wow. I live in Massachusetts and have been to the Cape about a hundred times and you have shown me some things I never knew were there! Excellent coverage of the cape for being there only a week! I'm looking forward to Newport!

  6. Not only an excellent narration but epic photography! I truly admire the devoted time and effort you put into your Grand Adventures! I learned so much history even after my exploration of the area especially P-town years ago. Thank you, Marc. The episodes are always great but this one was epic!

  7. They don’t call is Taxachusetts for nothing! Another popular nickname is Masshole which fits my experience there as well. Between the politics and my past there, I have mixed feelings about MA. Not the worst place in the world either though.

  8. Good video; I’ve never been to some of those parts of the cape. Plymouth Plantation, as it used to be known, seems smaller than when I was a kid (as do most things when you see them as an adult). The P-town monument seems every bit as high. I still remember climbing those stairs in 90 degree humidity. It would probably kill me now, LOL

  9. Thanks for the great review of the area. You are very familiar with the terrain and seemed to know exactly what you wanted to cover.

And you covered a voluminous selection of places… and I enjoyed every bit of it. What an incredible season so far, Marc.

I had no idea there was a canal across the Cape. Evidently I never paid attention when I was younger. 🙄

  10. Just love this Grand Adventure community. I missed the premier, but enjoyed reading the chat while I watch the video tonight. Never too long and a perfect amount of information given. All of it was fantastic. Just makes me want to go back and visit the area again. Thanks!

  11. Been to Plymouth and Cape Cod many times, amazing places minus the slow-moving traffic during the summer months, I'm looking forward to the next weeks video when you visit my home state of Rhode Island.

  12. What a great overview of the area, I love the Cape but it’s not really rv friendly. What I mean by that is it is very congested and hard to get around in the small towns but definitely worth the hassle, lol. I’m from Western , Mass and I love kayaking and fishing in the Brewster area. It’s great fun and there is so much to see and do at the Cape. Thanks for the vid Marc! 😊

  13. Thanks for the tour Marc. I was born in Bourne, a small town in Buzzards Bay while my dad was stationed at Otis AFB. Haven't been back in quite a while, so it was good to see actual footage of the area again.

  14. Looking forward to the Newport episode. My 5X great grandfather came to America in 1780 & disembarked in Newport as a part of Rochambeau’s forces, Lauzuns Legion, Deux Ponts Regiment of the French contingent in the Revolutionary War. He finished up opposite of Cornwallis & Tarleton at Yorktown & decided to stay in America until he reached his final resting place in a small family cemetery on a hillside in eastern Kentucky.
