Unable to answer questions regarding the use of Wild Yam Root and Castor Oil Packs so I will share again here as many people have contacted me. First of all, please seek medical advice before any self care. Secondly, my issue with Fibroids was due to high levels of Estrogen. I had been taking supplements and eating foods high in Estrogen. This I stopped. Research the foods you are eating. Also, exercise lowers your Estrogen too! Wild Yam Root is best taken as a supplement. The Dr. I worked for believed that it was difficult to be certain of absorption. The Castor Oil packs are placed over the Uterus. Edgar Cayce, The Sleeping Prophet shared using wool flannel saturated with warm Castor Oil over the Uterus daily. I slept with it overnight, and a garbage bag beneath and above so not to mess the sheets. On top I placed a warm heating pad which helped the oil penetrate. I see that Amazon sells pads with velcro for Castor Oil use. The next morning I washed my abdomen with baking soda and water. I placed my wool flannel in a glass casserole dish and kept in the frig so it was not rancid. Remove from frig a few hours before use to warm. I hope this helps you all. It did work for me.
I'm about to try castor oil, for my ovarian cysts, to try to avoid surgery. What's the name of the cream, you said to get the estrogen down. Mine was high about 2 years ago.
