“Modern Mining”
Today I see how accurate Hashrate.no is at calculating profitibility. I also break down the profitibility of my $5000 GPU mining farm with numbers from March 2024. My cards are dual mining Zilliqa & Alephium plus my CPU’s are mining Zephyr on the Randomx Algo.

Are you guys worried about this mini Crypto crash?
I've noticed a discrepancy with those little white power meters… I use one in my shop which is solar.. my inverter tells me a power draw of 750w and the meter shows 840w… Those sites may be calculating tweaks on the CPUs… If this really is the start of a bull run then we're likely just in a correction phase before another step up
Nice Update.. 1:24 can you please share which model Msi MOBO you were using for that ryzen 3600 8 card rig?
5 bucks a day is your profit? Just make your lunch instead of eating out, good grief what a waste of time and money…
So its going to take you 833 days to get back your $5k investment? That's only 2.3 years, "not bad".
It would have to run for at least 2 years straight, at $6 a day, to at least break even. Assuming electric doesnt increase, nothing breaks down yahda yahda. My conclusion, not a great investment but could be worse.
Electricity in UK costs £0.27 per KWH. This rig is no way profitable, not even in the USA.
those gpus dont have anough life in them to pay themself lol
do some llm open source ai with half your farm
you saying all this hardware is only worth 5 grand? i counted atleast 30 GPU's.
5000/30= $166/GPU not including any power supplies, motherboards, racks, fans, cpu's etc…… im not even into mining, but i have a hard time believing any of that.
so at $6 a day profit, it takes 2.3 years to break even on the hardware(if it is only worth 5 grand. its probably closer to double that atleast, so 5 years break even…
so you are making $6 assuming the price of crypto doesn't go down, you spent $5000 on hardware, so your return on investment (To get to zero dollars) is 2 years assuming everything stays the same and you sell the crypto as you make it. Sorry brother you are wasting your time, take your $5k and invest in some tech stocks.
I have 2x rtx 3090…its good for minning?
Funny you should upload a video disgussing the Hashrate. No accuracy, I was actually thinking the same thing just yesterday…
hashrate.no claims that my RTX 3060's give 0.83mh/s at 83w, With a given overclock setting….. Resulting in 0.105 Alephium revenue per day, Per card…
Which i am finding is wildly incorrect….
Per 1 GPU, i am actually getting 0.97mh/s at 83w, and earning 0.877 Alephium per day… Just on 1 card active…
(i spent a day, only running 1 GPU, and checked my herominer stats after 24 hours of mining)…..
I did really good last month cleared about 18k after Hydro. Just on the mining side of it.
I switch to the most interesting combination and my most common games in recent weeks are Hypra+Karlsen+Zil or Conflux+Radiant+Zil.
If a new one emerges with good profits like Pyrin since yesterday, then get a little more from it.
I don't use Kawpow coins this season anymore, although they may be interesting. and ZEPHYR of course
I think you could improve your profits if you switch to currencies that pay a little more daily. You have many interesting alternatives that you could study and that have been giving better profits than alephium for weeks now, you even have dual with alephium or triple with zil in some more.
When you add zil to the set, the results are always lower than what the tables give you.
I think the best way to determine hashrate and actual payouts is at the pool and not the miner. The miner often overreports hashrate in my experience. Some more than others.
need to adjust (or get new) RAM for your CPU rigs… RAM makes a BIG difference for CPU mining… if you want some bios help for setting those up better, shoot me your dc
4:31 I just looked up that calculator you have there. That site is pretty nifty. I didn’t realize that was out there and that it could be utilized. Thanks for the video.
Sup dude!
How are you using a 3080 with a Ryzen CPU? I thought that wouldn't work…..? 🤔
