Love the pod but I have to say I disagree with you Wormhole take. You can’t compare it to across at all imo , even if the bridge metrics are similar. There are so many overlooked aspects of Wormholes tech and connections. It is not just a bridge and so many projects , such as “PYTH”, are successful due to them. Not to mention staking upside.

Cool episode, thanks. Crypto-intermediated group chat can be super powerful, just not sure about the ponzi-like elements of friendtech. Farcaster provides a very Twitter-like experience. At the end of the day tho, it seems inevitable that X will be the Web3 social platform. Just much easier for X to pivot towards Web3 than to replicate the prestige, userbase and status associated with X.
