And a the head sprite boom
1. Mafuba:
Goku rarely uses this because there have been relatively few enemies in recent times whom Goku would've wanted to seal away. Also consider that the technique is extremely draining, to the point where, in the manga, Goku unsuccessfully attempts to seal away Zamasu (not even Fused Zamasu, just regular Zamasu) and ends up so drained that he couldn't go Super Saiyan Blue. Frankly, it's a good thing that Goku doesn't use the Mafuba, because it's meant as a last-resort technique when you have nothing to lose.
2. Instant Kamehameha:
Goku stopped using this because it's an attack designed to kill. In essence, the attack involves him blasting the fuck out of someone point-blank. Against an opponent on his level or slightly stronger, it's going to absolutely obliterate them. I could understand using it against much stronger opponents, though, but then you run into the problem of them potentially outspeeding him and interrupting the attack.
3. Super Dragon Flash Fist:
Goku only used this once because it's basically him showing off his power. There's no justifiable reason to use this in a fight other than to just fuck around. In every other situation, he'd rather just punch them normally.
4. Hakai:
The only reason that he attempted this against Fused Zamasu was because he was hoping to bypass Zamasu's immortality. Against any other opponent, he'd deem it completely immoral to outright erase them. Plus, the attack itself seems rather difficult to execute for him (judging by how slowly he disintegrated Zamasu); the only opponent that would be worth using this technique on is an immortal one or an exceedingly strong one, and either of them could easily interrupt him part-way through.
5. Solar Flare:
Honestly, I think the only reason that Goku doesn't use this more is because he'd see it as a dick move. Also, it'd make for a boring plot. (Side note, Goku does actually use the Solar Flare a third time during the ToP, against Caulifla and Kale.)
Mafuba:- i this technique the hero will loss more energy son he will use if the battle is not end at certain time
