So funny that I put this video on tonight, you were sharing memories of your grandparents, because my grandma passed away today at the ripe age of 102. Spent the evening drinking a beer in her honor and shared some memories with my daughter.

Ryno, you always seem to be speaking directly to my issues of the moment. I am 62 and struggling with that slow down of my physical abilities and feeling older. Im trying to focus on my word – encourage – and feeling gratitude for the skills honed with age. I'm so glad your family is doing better. Keep up the great work, and thank you for sharing yourself with us. LaurieO

Ryno, we have the same issues it seems. Hard to accept things, embrace your own self worth, not feel ashamed if you are poked at or take it so personally. It’s so hard. I’m on the journey with you my friend!
