Sir all BIG cities are maximum polluters including DELHI. Pls do not use cars or ac and stop all developments in Delhi, Noida etc. My village in Uttarakhand still do not have roads, health care, schools. Metro cities are biggest polluters in India and want us to stop all developments for us. WHY AN ENVIRONMENTISTS DO NO WALK TO OFF AND GIVE SPACE TO US.
