EDIT: Aternos does allow you to upload custom maps, just no plugins/mods.
Magamanode might turn off your server after having no players online for a while. Though this is not stated on their website and I can not find a timeframe anywhere.

the lowest option on alien is similar in price to realms and i dont need to have my friends change dns settings to join with realms
uploading maps is actually possible on aternos, just go to the left section,worlds and select the orange button "upload"
Uploading custom plugins is also possible (i think) but it takes some more time
Aternos is sh1t because they only allow a max render distance of like 10 and mob simulation of like 5. Lol.
That is insanely low and even then the server is laggy anyway.
u can add mods in aternos just change the vanilla to forge and u are gona see the mods pop up

What about the thought of Farlixnodes? I think it's better than all three of these. You can make it to a 24/7 server by simply inviting three friends. This will give you coins that you can use to purchase “always online tokens”. You can create a database and have up to 5GB of RAM while it's completely free! The website sometimes doesn't work properly because you just can't connect. A server host with server problems ig 😅.

I think that feather client is the best for servers, since it runs on what your computer has. But it will be bad if you have a bad pc or bad upload speed.
You "forgot" the best choice. 24GB Ram /200GB HDD / MySQL / FTP all for free.
