Fix the Press Any Key to Boot from CD or DVD Not Responding for a Generation 2 Hyper-V VM

If you configure a generation 2 virtual machine in Hyper-V, you might find that when you try install Windows or another operating system you will not be able to click inside the VM console to press any key to boot from CD or DVD when using an ISO for your installation.
