  1. Don't apologize, there will always be haters. I have already bought one 25lb bag of muck..great stuff. I just sent an offer for a second. Have had fun going through, classifying, slicing and viewing the muck. Yes I have found gold. I do lapidary and hope to find some niece pieces for cabs. Everything else I will try and crush, don't have a crusher but will find a way then I will pan it out. I have saved all the dirt that came in the bag as well. Great fun, thanks Jason for giving us a chance at some of your gold.

  2. I enjoy watching your vids, you put a lot of hard work into everything you do, absolutely no reason why you shouldn't make money off of that.
My vote is for the lightning quartz.
Any markings on the web of the rail? Those would tell who made it, when & where. But being that small it would not be surprising if there are no markings on it. But, you could determine the "size" of the rail by cutting a 3 foot section and weighing it. If the rail section weighed 12 pounds, then this rail "size" would be 12Lb rail. Keep up the good work! 👍

  3. Jason made me Giggle. "We are going go with the Metric system because its so much easier. First we are going to separate it using our 1inch minus grate." Lol High from the uk and I love the channel (ps Metric is far easier).

  4. How does a person find out who last owned a mine. Me and a friend explored an old abandoned looking mine that looks like is closed in the 1920s from news paper and other things we found. We came to one part of the mine that had some small quartz veins and a while later we found an area where the wall and ceiling had caved in. We wend back a few days later with better lighting and after climbing over the caved in area we found a quarts vein 3ft wide at places and gold running through it about as think as a business card and places that were wider. From the looks of it there is a fine gravel layer onto the bedrock wall and pouring through the caved in ceiling.
It looks like at one time there might have been an old river bed there.
Would like to see who owns it or how to aquire it. Any ideas on how to go about it.

  5. Hey, Jason. I bought one of your bags of material from your mine on ebay. Wanted to publicly say I'm satisfied with the purchase. I haven't been able to do anything with it yet because shortly after it arrived, I tore my lower biceps tendon and so it will have to sit on the shelf for some time before I can process it. I did, however, pull one rock out of the bag and wash it in my gold pan and am pleased to say that there was fly poop in the dust on that particular piece. So yeah, I'm happy.😊

  6. I bought a bag from your mine and I just realized I have no clue how I am going to crush this stuff! I just opened it up and man, I have no idea what I am doing, but this will be a great change of pace for me so thanks for giving us rookies a chance to get gold the hard way. I'll let you know how it turns out in about 6 months!

  8. Hey Jason, I finished processing the first 9 lbs of ore from the 25 lb sample. I screened everything to 1/2 minus, then screened to 10 mesh. Everything bigger than 10 mesh, I ran through the chain mill. I must say I was very surprised at the size of some of the gold. Very nice pickers in the pan! I will try to post a picture. looking forward to crushing the rest! Thank you 😊. All the best in your mining endeavors. Tom

  9. Jason I think you are doing a great job. I love your show very much. Don’t listen to a bunch of no nonsense crap. If that is all they can come up with. Then I would block them and be done with them. But you do what you got to do. I am behind you 100 %.
Merry Christmas to you and your’s. May you guy’s Christmas be filled with love and joy.
    Mississippi out.❤❤👍🙏🙏

  10. Great content, thank you for sharing your insight. So when you have specs of gold in a slab can you just hit it with a torch and melt it out without grinding the stone to a pulp?
