  1. A good pregnenalone is a must for good health..it ensures that the raw material is available to make all the downstream hormones. Fiber alone and diet with big emphasis on plants will lower cholesterol dramatically. Cholesterol is the precursor to pregnenalone. If u r young healthy guy like me I suggest u start with 7 to 10 mg of preg. I had to cut the tablets in 4 cuz I didn't see any product with low dose like that. U need the micronized sustained release type.

  2. You know what's funny? Without the heavy steroid use you don't even look like you lift. The shoulders sag and the bodyfat is too high to show off anything.

    Probably the herbs that work for you (and people in studies) are ones that reset receptors because the animal fats destroy your receptors. Fasting also resets receptors.

    But we don't have to fuck up our receptors in the first place.

  4. 5:13 I agree 100% here, it’s very interesting to hear that your LH and FSH are so high but your test is relatively low, and some lingering damage might be the reason for that. Leo (RIP) talked a lot about testicular fibrosis from long term steroid use, so the taurine will definitely help with that. I was actually recently re-watching a old podcast with him and Bostin and he mentioned rFSH at 75iu every other day actually is trophic to the gonads, and could in theory reverse the damage. Similar with HCG at 500-1000 units every other day but fsh seems to increase it more. Maybe you should look into running HCG/FSH again too for a bit to stimulate this growth, but no higher than those doses, as much higher the receptors may down-regulate.

  7. I remember studying this stuff heavily over a decade ago when the information was actually better than the current state of near fully commercialized internet. At the time, all of the herbs were heavily discredited but for a few isolates and of course, OTC stimulants were effective with obvious side effects to be concerned about. Soy is neither estrogenic or androgenic, but in moderation will actually suppress estrogen. This is based on out competing your body's natural estrogen for receptors, but the cell's inability to metabolize it causing both host and outsourced to be oxidized.
    The big test winner of OTC stimulants?
    2-300 mg of caffeine if it were accompanied by cardio gave up to a 500% increase in testosterone, so those pre-workouts are no B.S.

    From what I remember in all previous clinical publications, only the extracts provided viable effects and many of these miracle herbs failed even as extracts.

  8. Animal based diet and especially good cuts of meat,whole eggs, vitamin D3 and good sleep. Since I started doing all these I've noticed a good bump on testosterone and health in general.
