This fixes the installer but not the OS itself, the installed macOS still does the boot loop.

seems like it also has to be a fixed ram size like 8*1024 for somereason, and it also only works if its 1 core, anyway to fix it?? for refresnce I have 32GB of ram and 16 cpu cores, after doing this fix and changing somethings instead of showing the momory panic message it just keep restarting

The second command has an error saying that VBoxManage doesn't exist

can anyone help me why it wont let me press continue once I delete the disk and format it. It wont start the install. I've been stuck for 2 days but the loop stopped.

Se está versão do MacOS ventura não estiver a funcionar e continuar no loop, é só instalar a versão MacOS Catalina ou MacOS BigSur e depois atualizar dentro do sistema pra versão mais atualizada do MacOS Ventura. Espero que isso ajuda.

This issue can also be memory issue you may not allocate enough memory
