actually sunblitz can counter death counter i tried it before it worked
big tip: make him waste his ragdoll cancel then do a m1 combo variant so u can use a move

Serious punch is just useless, even if u arent a sonic or metal bat you can escape it easily. You can do this from far but on combat almost all attacks unless omnidireccional punch cant be too useful like garou ones. I really dont know why they do saitama moves in slow motion like this.
