The thing with stamper is it’s almost like rb, good range, good killing power, great pressure, but relatively bad ink efficiency and whiting frames, so more down time.
This is what the people on twitter who were saying to nerf stamper sound like
"Is you a great player cause you Red Arashi, or is you Red Arashi cause you a great player"
I actually kinda agree with a lot of the points this commenter made. They didn't back their argument up with you know, proper English, but they do make a good point about stamper. It's quite strong, having good paint, absurd object damage, great kits, the ability to one shot up close and two shot from a distance (I'm pretty sure it outrages jet squelcher). However, I think this is fine considering it has such a high skill ceiling. It is balanced out decently considering its ink efficiency issues, though the object damage is a little over kill.
This is actually my favorite short now
Good at a weapon with a steep learning curve = try hard
weapon has high reward for being played well = bad player
People come up with the craziest stuff to make themselves feel better about a skill issue

I will say stamper is very overturned compared to the rest of the weapon raster but it would be better if other weapons got buffed up to the level of stamper. The comment does have some sort of truth hidden in there, even if it mostly just screams salty child.

I genuinely respect how hard Splatanas are to play, but I still hate fighting people who are good with them, and I feel they have an unfair amount of range compared to most everything (especially Rollers)
