What if you started with a guest account and then linked your facebook and use that to log in but you still can't claim? Anothe problem I'm facing when I click on "go" for linking socials under the "target acquired" in "featured" my pop-up is blank.

Hello I’ve been having problems getting my Legendary m4 skin. I believe I linked it once to get the ghost skin and I can’t claim my m4. I’ve logged in the activation and logged in but when I hit the claim bar on their sight it gives me an error sign that I can’t claim the price yet. I’m at a loss as to what to do about it.
