  1. Thank you for the video. I gave CodeWP a try, but sadly, it didn't quite meet my needs. I attempted to input some substantial chunks of code, hoping to either get modifications or explanations, but I kept hitting error messages. It seems the platform struggles with longer code blocks, which limits the interaction since breaking the code down into smaller sections defeats the purpose for me. For quick code snippets, I might as well use Google or consult ChatGPT.

I had high hopes for CodeWP, considering the potential it has to bridge the gap between developers and those less tech-savvy. However, as it stands, it's in a bit of a limbo, not fully catering to either audience. If it continues to straddle the line, I'm afraid it might not fully satisfy either group. I hope this feedback is useful to you.

  2. That's amazing. It looks very handy for developers that already know what they're doing, but also for people wanting to learn how PHP and WordPress works. The ability to add and run unit tests would be a plus.

  3. Hi James, love this kind of explanation video on the functions CodeWP can perform, especially for someone like me who is about 10% familiar with PHP code and essentially a none coder. As you said though it probably helps those more if you know how certain things in code work so we can ask better questions to get the outputs we need.

Near the end of the video you mention how in project we can add a url to our site so that the AI can look at our sites particular code and installed plugins to enable it to be more specific to our site. Can you explain how we can do that please?

Also, Can i make one suggestion. Under the "Conversation Settings" can you add an explanation as to what each setting means in a way that a non coder like me can understand? This explanation could appear in a popup bubble or something when we hover over each option. Applying this across the platform would be a massive help.

Thanks again and i look forward to seeing more videos like this one James 👍

  4. Great tutorial! Helpful to see how to work the prompt to get this up and running. Excited for the updates when we can connect to active websites and scan our plugins/files. That'll be clutch!
