How does a 767 crew handle a problem with their fuel system? [ATC audio]

September 28, 2021: A United Airlines Boeing 767-400 is operating flight UAL362 from Honolulu, Hawaii to Newark, New Jersey. Shortly after take-off, the flight crew reports an issue with the aircraft’s fuel pumps, and requests a holding pattern to dump fuel and return to the airport. In this video we explore the flight as it unfolded, including the Honolulu Control Facility, ARINC, and how the Boeing 767’s fuel system works in the cockpit.
