Now there's a file called all bookmarks that isn't a bookmark technicaly but now takes up space on my bookmarks bar so annoying. Hate Google's meddling.
Bookmarks bar appears with every new tab opening. I never had show bookmarks bar selected. I've done your instructions (as well as CTRL B) in reverse and then straight through, hoping maybe it'll catch and go away, but it does not.
