  1. I pocket carry because its the only way to me that is actually comfortable.. If I have to carry and its very uncomfortable than I find excuses to not carry

  2. Look at that..someone who knows what they are talking about and sharing that knowledge, without the arrogance of claiming his way is the only way. Terrific video…please keep it up. We have too many Youtube shills who know nothing, claiming to know everything.

  3. I switched from one larger carry to two smaller carrys. One on the side back and one in a pocket holster. Two keltec p32s. Ive practiced drawing from both positions and i like that i can wear shorts and still be comfy all the time. Plus i have options based on circumstances. I carry both at the same time.

  4. The UrbanCarry G3 holsters are a great way to expand your options if you want to carry on you but may need ot have your belt exposed or just want more concealment. I've found using one at the 1–2 oclock is very comfortable, even while sitting and it just looks like my keys are printing on my pants leg as the holster has a belt clip and your firearm is completely hidden down the side or leg of your pants

The only down side is that you have to practice pulling the holster tab up before you can draw your firearm. This is slower than a traditional holster and if you need to draw one handed requires an extra step, but a good alternative to look at or keep on hand. It blends into belts if you have to tuck your shirt or works well for work out gear where a regular IWB holster might expose your firearm if you were stretching or doing some activity.
I haven't had much comfort issues with them either so I prefer to use them for carry in general.
The only down side again is added draw time. My tip for this would be wearing pants at least an inch or two larger than your actual fit on your waist, but I Think that goes for most carry. It's especially needed with this holster though or if you use a full-sized handgun the holster can snag on your belt or pants strap if you don't draw it right.
Something to train around. Always train!

  5. It's not a hand bag.. 😅
    It's a haversack.
Which was widely carried by soldiers during the 19th century, until slowly being replaced by the backpack.
In fact, almost every Civil War soldier was issued one. It was used to carry everything from rations to ammunition.

  6. I've heard commentary from others on this as well but still appreciate highly experienced people sharing their opinions. It's just helpful hearing it from a variety of viewpoints, and each has something a little different to offer.

The shoulder holster seems a good option for comfort and accessibility, except of course it requires a jacket or at least a vest to cover it up, which probably makes it unfeasible for most, especially in Summer.

  7. My thoughts simply, is a smaller gun placed in front, at the wasit, but in that crease above the leg and below the torso. The concept of smaller bullets easier to carry, but less bullets. ie. NAA .22 mag 5 shot

  8. I carry appendix, and have a ratcheting leather belt that makes it very easy to tighten/loosen so that when I sit down I can quickly loosen my belt and position my gun higher so that it isn't digging into my stomach. and when I get up i can tighten it and position the gun where its the most comfortable.

  9. I side carry on my right, just like I carry my duty gun. I have a S&W shield plus and no one ever notices it. Been carrying the same way for 13 years and even from concealed, I draw fast.

  10. Another con that you didn't mention with off body carrier is that if you are going to get robbed the bag is the 1st thing they will go for, and most likely from behind when you least expect it and now you can't access it
