  1. Any constitutional Carrier state should be exactly that. There should be no butts. But you can only carry here or only have this. All these different rules are bullshit how is This Consider constitutional carry?

  2. So here's my question….. Since we can now conceal carry without a permit in the state of FL, does this negate the previous car laws? Can we now conceal carry as the driver of the vehicle? And while I likely would inform an officer that I had a firearm, am I required to regardless of being in a car or not if asked or otherwise??

  3. I think one of the problems with the school zone question is what if you have a FL CCW and under reciprocity travel to another state which accepts your FL gun permit such as Georgia and are stopped in a school zone. You might be in a technical violation. However, under Bruen and other Supreme Court cases, I do not believe the school zone question would be upheld. As a prior LEO and attorney, I for one will not disarm when I am driving through such a state.

  4. In your discussion of the school zones, you make no distinction between carrying concealed in the vehicle, and having a firearm in a closed container in your trunk, or in the non passenger section of a vehicle without a trunk, (SUV). I think this is confusing things since I believe the latter is legal when without a CWL. If without a CWL, you might ask if the container locked in the trunk, or positioned in the back of the SUV, must be locked independent of the trunk, or rear door of the vehicle? Do you need a shade in the case of the SUV?

  5. I do have a question and this is basically all states Walmart says that you can’t carry your firearm in the store but if someone sees it, they call the cops and have you arrested because you’re carrying a gun. I have seen this numerous times and different states these people have concealed weapons permit, but the cops still will take their gun and arrest them for having it in Walmart but Walmart policy states that you are You are legally free to carry a gun in Walmart, so anybody who takes a gun in Walmart you’re putting your life in your hand I’ve seen it happen numerous times

  6. We wouldn't want a good guy with a gun to be near a school, We need to have a school to be totally defenseless so a bad guy with a gun doesn't have to worry or hurry while they kill!

  7. "Not readily accessible" means useless for self-defense. This is clearly unconstitutional. It also sends a clear message that school zones are the perfect place for people to abduct children because they are gun free. Parents cant protect their own children. I'm willing to bet there are loopholes for affluent parents to have armed security drive their kids to school. No doubt.

  8. Just a minute, the FBI, ATF, Sheriff, Washington State police , HLS and AI and maybe 250 other government agencies are collecting data on citizens everyday, so WHY would you care if a cop sees a CWP card on your Laminated ID documents of license, registration and insurance and CWP? Silliness!

  9. Unless you actually commit a violation while driving a cop can’t just randomly pull you over for reason. Even if you are in somewhere but you leave your weapon in your car because you can’t carry in where you’re going because it falls under the category of a school or other government building, a cop can’t just walk up to you and demand to start searching your vehicle. They have to have probable cause no matter what. Never ever consent to a search either.

  10. So, an arbitrary law can get you put in prison by just passing through on your way to work though there is zero intent? Sounds like a step in the ol commie regime buildup.

  11. The school gun ban states within a certain distance of a school, not just on school property. My home might be within that distance. I don't care. It's unconstitutional.

  12. PAST DUE TO ELIMINATE FEDERAL GUN LAWS, SCHOOL ZONES AS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND THROW THEM OUT OF THE FREE STATE OF FLORIDA!
