I have this injury for 3+ years. I stopped boxing for a while, it went away but when i start boxing again it came back. Now im dont feel the pain but it might probably come back if i start sparring again.
This is why we tense at the point of impact on kicks and punches in karate so there's an ever so slight bend in the knee and elbow

To avoid any problems in wrist and hands, either wrap it or hold some balls preferably exercise or squishy balls.

I think I'm suffering from this for the past 2 to 3 weeks now 👀 I woke up the day after hard sparing with the gents and my right arm has been paining ever since then.
