I dunno might've left tracking and taken the 400 engine or Patch 3 or the other XL C SM costs a bucket to build
using the vtol to harass and take shots of opportunity is always the right move, that and killing the Cyclops takes an enemy c3 master off the board which will help you with survivability.
Seeing it's primarily an energy platform you're probably better off sticking with ER smalls to maintain relevance for at least when you close distance, & don't need to overstock on heatsinks.
This is the ideal mission to sit your domi-mommy just in front of the base blowing out kisses of mortar, or basic gauss to passers-by, & have your arty sitting inside just pounding away at anyone who gives her too much unwanted attention.
