Here's where hes wrong. Space is not vacuum, space has matter in it, its just in other dimensions, aka dark matter. When we figure out how to interact with it, we wont need rockets.

Electric propulsion has been used quite a lot, such as on the DAWN mission to Ceres and Vesta. Starlink itself actually uses these electric thrusters.
Note that all these methods do still expel mass but the ideas exist and both are more efficient then pure chemical rocketry, however they do not have the thrust needed to get off the surface of the Earth so chemical rockets are needed for launch unless they are constructed offworld.
Not entirely true you could use a (electric powered) rail gun to shoot two identical objects in opposite directions.

I just saw a documentary about the United States nuclear rocket engine program back in the 60s and 70s. They were doing prototypes that they just didn’t feel were useful but they were rocket engines that were powered by nuclear reactor.
Gas is important to create combustion which is then converted into motion. For rocket you don't have to shootout shoot out petroleum fuel gas, its possible to burn out anything … trash

A nuclear rocket motor does eliminate the need for oxidizer though, which depending on the weight of the pile could be a significant savings.
How about using nuclear energy to coax virtual particles out of the vacuum and then pushing against those?

Nuclear powered rockets that used hydrogen were built in the 60s. PHOEBUS IB.and what about the Reactor NRX A 6 that was tested in 1967 that ran for an hour plus using hydrogen makes more sense since it is the most abundant element. Sounds to me that Elon Musk has ulterior motives for pushing electric everything.

I love gasoline, diesel, oil, natural gas. Any type of acclerant. The feel of a gas engine is just unbeatable anywhere. Chainsaw, generator, car, dirt bike, etc. That feeling of power from the vibrations gives me a semi everytime.

Well what the hell do you call an ion thruster? All you need is power, and you will begin to move. Granted it's slow, but its consistent. There have already been a few spacecraft that use this technique, and not a one of them has any rocket fuel on board.
