I think Larxene's Lightning Bolt can sometimes be avoided without breaking it if you're standing vertically aligned with her, or if you can dodge roll behind her right as she starts to fire. It's very difficult to do this, though, as she usually tries to snap herself in front of you before using it.
I'm pretty sure Axel's Firewall can also be dodge-rolled through if you're precise enough, even if it's already fully appeared.
I think final Marluxia's shockwave gun laser things might be avoidable by moving up and down to weave around them.
