They been saying that for years, china is not putting in the correct parameters into the war games software so of course they can determine the outcome of the simulation. After they claimed the same several years ago an in depth study found they didn’t have correct parameters and underestimated the enemy by a large margin. They also don’t know the exact specifications of the enemies weapons and counter weapons so how could they possibly put the correct parameters into the war games software! It’s propaganda to hype up their population.
