This is just a test of gear, but let me know what you would like from this format in the comments below.
It works but it’s all about interesting content, this was interesting but if you look at other long running podcasts it’s about finding and chatting with interesting people who have something to say that is interesting and relatable. If you can do that… you’ve cracked it.
i like the beard game in this
Adobe camera raw ai noise reduction feature is pretty good. I would say better than Capture One.
Hmm, I don't think you understand AI. LLM, large language models.
Loved this, straight talk, no BS, no trying to sell anything, no shouting at the camera, no pointless cuts between every word. Perfect as a podcast to listen to also. Recommend uploading to Audible, spotify or something (so long as it's free to do so).
My girlfriend wanted to know why you have every single colour pool noodle on display? 😂🤣 I didn't tell her, I think her truth is better 😂
Loved this conversation. Looking forward to the next one.
Very insightful and useful…. I like this podcast format. Rob is a legend!
Nice relaxed chat, easy to watch and listen to, maybe get a couple of easy chairs rather than stools. Great to hear a sensible take on AI and loved 'Jack of all trades master of none' I haven't heard that in a long time 🙂
Nice intro'.
Love your 'real' videos!
So glad you made the comment about middle aged men shooting semi clothed young girls was one of the reason we left the local camera club as not only some members thought it was ok but the judges gave good marks to dreadful photos because they liked the girls! How long ago did you shoot this? Is this the original rescue dog which didn’t work out or a new one?
I’m with Rob on the preference for landscape, although only from a video perspective. I hate seeing people shooting video in portrait mode. It just seems lazy.
nice change up of format and kicking back relaxing – shooting the $hit.
This was much more interesting than I first thought – over 45 minutes, much too long for me! Well, I did it to the end. But we need to talk about your taste when it comes to beer … Heineken … disgusting … 😁
Hi both tanks for sharing your knowlodge. I very much apreciate. I supose you are aware of Carl Taylor from visual education youtube. He does product, modeling, street, portrait, fashion as well as landscape photography, and his work looks very high-end. Can you explain to us what is the ups and down of shooting multiple niche within photography?
Great conversation!!! Love your educational videos on YouTube and absolutely will tune in to your podcast!! THANK YOU SM❤
I just wanna quickly say that I love this! Especially rob is doing a fantastic job at talking 😀 this podcast is proper fun to listen to!
14mins in and already and absolute gold mine of knowledge and insight
Totally agree on manual selection. Those Photoshop demos on selection don’t really work when you need files for bigger display than web.
Love the Podcast! Thanks Scott!
I'm all for this! Feels like a natural extension of your channel. Looking forward to more!
Groovy intro!
What was it in Chippjng Norton that made you change your style?
Old School editing is the way to get high quality results! Hat off to Rob he is the real deal.
BTW, these days if you don't use Photoshop AI features, Affinity Photo is actually better than PS now. And you don't have to pay monthly to the worst company in the world
Really enjoyed listening to this one while editing photos!
Great conversation, insightful and entertaining please keep doing it. Thanks!
Excellent!
DaVinci is easy to use. Took me about a week of faffing around to learn it.
On the point of AI tools, as you mentioned, AI selection, I have found the same thing with my work, just doesn't get it right and the time it takes to match the AI selection with fixing the parts it missed made you so frustrated, you end up masking the whole thing anyways.
I saw a meme the other day of Milli Vanilli and it read "Milli Vanilli watching Tiktokers getting rich miming songs"
Tin House coasters when? lol
loved it thanks
Love this!! More podcasts! 👌
I like it, just a couple of guys hanging out, talking about imaging stuff, the ins and outs of every aspect of motion, and stills. Yeah, I would definitely watch this. I put it on the queue and just listen to it in the background. Hear what you guys are saying, that type of thing.
"shit hot" is now my new favorite phrase ❤
very good listen! it would be interesting to interview other professions interwoven with your business — stylist, producers, hand models maybe even (?) and whomever else
Hello from Nigeria
It might seem like a stupid question, but is the actual printing side keeping up with the high pixels?
Scott – I'm watching you…..
Flickr is currently overpriced unfortunately 🙁
how much did you get paid for Heineken beer placement ? wtf ????
Don't you find that once you edited photos and you look at them the next day you still find some details that still need to be fixed? That's related to shooting, editing and delivering the next day to the client
Nice, same exact name as the podcast Chris Marquardt has done about 300 episodes of so far.
Hello from South Korea!!
Alright im here. you can start now…
