How tall are you?
One of my least favorite words (and one I still use plenty) has become "optimal." The problem is people seem to think anything less than "optimal" means it's worthless…
EMOM'S are great in my opinion. I have made significant gains using them. Brain from Neversate uses them also, and my boy is a beast. So if they are good enough for FreakieD & Brain, I'm all in. Peace

Good timing ! Going to try this today as pull ups are planned, I’ll do 7 sets of 3, EMOM appeals to me as it’s time efficient and I seem to respond well to these intensity techniques.
