  8. Great documentary. I have been watching Egyptian docs and shows for over 45 years. This video showed me many new things that I’d never known existed or views into architecture I’ve not witnessed. Thank you very much.

    And tell (the story) of Maryam in the Qur'an, that is when she distanced herself from her family to a place in the east (16), then she put up a veil (that protected her) from them;  then We sent Our spirit to him, so he appeared in front of him (in the form of) a perfect human being (17).  Maryam said: "Indeed, I seek refuge from you in the Most Merciful God, if you are a pious person". (18)  (Jibril) said: "Indeed, I am only a messenger of your Lord, to give you a pure son". (19) Maryam said: "How can I have a son, when no human has ever touched me and I am not (also) an adulterer(20), Gabriel said: "So be it.  Your Lord said: "That is easy for Me; and that We may make it a sign for mankind and as a mercy from Us; and that is a matter that has been decided."(21).  So Maryam became pregnant with him, so she withdrew with her pregnancy to a distant place. (22)  Then the pain of giving birth forced her (to lean) against the base of a palm tree, she said: "Oh, how good it would be if I died before now, and I became something insignificant, forgotten".(23)  Then Gabriel called to him from a low place: "Do not be sad, indeed your Lord has made a stream under you. (24). And shake the base of the date tree towards you, and the tree will surely drop ripe dates to you. (25)  . So eat, drink and be merry. If you see a human being, then say: "Indeed I have vowed to fast for the Most Merciful God, so I will not speak to a human being today". (26) So  Maryam brought the child to her people by carrying him in her arms. Her people said: "O Maryam, indeed you have done something very evil. (27).

     O sister of Harun, your father was never an evil person and your mother was never an adulteress", (28). then Maryam pointed to her son. They said: "How will we talk to a small child who is still in the swing?"  (29). Jesus said: "Indeed I am a servant of God, He gave me Al Kitab (Gospel) and He made me a prophet. (30).  and He made me a blessed person wherever I was, and He ordered me to (establish) prayer and (pay) zakat as long as I live; (31).  and devoted to my mother, and He did not make me a proud and wretched person. (32)  And peace be upon me, on the day I was born, on the day I died and on the day I was raised to life again". (33). That is Isa son of Maryam, who spoke the true words, about which they argued about the truth. (34)  . It is not worthy of God to have a child, Glory be to Him. When He has decreed something, then He only says to it: "Be", then be it. (35). Verily, God is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him all of you.  This is the straight path. (36). So the groups (that exist) differ among them. So woe to the disbelievers when they witness the great day. (38). And give them a reminder of the day of regret, (  that is) when all matters have been decided. And they are in heedlessness and they do not (also) believe. (39).     (Remember), when God said: "O Jesus, son of Mary, remember My favor to you and to your mother when I strengthened you with the Holy Spirit. You can talk to people when you are still in the cradle and after adulthood; and (remember) in  when I taught you to write, wisdom, the Torah and the Gospel, and (remember also) when you formed from the ground (a form) in the form of a bird with My permission, then you blew on it, then the form became a (real) bird with  with My permission. And (remember), when you healed the blind from the mother's womb and the foot diseased with My permission, and (remember) when you brought the dead out of the grave (to life) with My permission,  and (remember) when I restrained the Children of Israel (from their desire to kill you) when you presented them with clear proofs, then the disbelievers among them said: "This is nothing but clear magic."  110).  And (remember), when I inspired the faithful followers of Jesus: "Believe in Me and in My Messenger".  They replied: "We have believed and bear witness (O Messenger) that indeed we are obedient (to your call)".

       (111).  (Remember), when the followers of Jesus said: "O Jesus, son of Mary, is your Lord ready to send us food from the sky?"  Isa replied: "Fear God if you really are believers". (112)  They said;  "we want to eat that meal and so that our hearts are at peace and so that we are sure that you have spoken the truth to us, and we become the people who witness the meal". (113).  Isa son of Maryam prayed: "O our Lord, send down to us a dish from the sky (the day of which it descends) will be a feast for us, namely for those who are with us and those who come after us, and be a sign of Your power;  give us sustenance, and You are the Most Important Giver of sustenance". (114)  Allah said: "Indeed, I will send down the meal to you, whoever disbelieves among you after (receiving the meal), then I will surely punish him with a torment that I have never inflicted on anyone among mankind". (115),  And (remember) when God said: "O Jesus, son of Mary, did you say to people: "Make me and my mother two gods besides God?" Jesus answered: "Glory be to You, it is not right for me to say what is not my right (to say it)  ).  If I ever said it then you must have known it.  You know what is in me and I do not know what is in You.  Indeed, You are All-Knowing of the unseen". (116). I never said to them except what You commanded me (to say): "Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord", and I was a witness against them,  as long as I was among them. Then after You passed away (raised) me, You were the one who watched over them. And You are the Great Witness over everything. (117), If You torture them, then indeed they are Your servants,  and if You forgive them, then indeed You are the Mighty and the Wise. (118). Allah said: "This is a beneficial day for those who are truthful.  For them heaven under which rivers flow;  they remain in it forever;  God is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him.  That is the greatest good fortune". (119). To God belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is in them; and He has power over all things.(120).Continue keywood search tadabbur=(Qs.maaiidah)

  23. I've been struck w/ sheer awe for all the people who had engaged in the creation of this unparalleled, incomparable, & almost unsurpassable the Great Pyramids of Giza in such ancient times. It's absolutely mind-boggling & mind-blowing great monuments ever in such an inaccessible, desolate, & barren terrain. In particular, those architects certainly deserve a huge pad for a job outstandingly well done!!! Thoroughly enjoyed, admired, & appreciated it to the core at the comfort of my home in California. (01/25/24)
