  1. Happy holidays everyone! From Jonathan and all of us here at GameSpot!

Join us next week for the cursed collection and be sure to check out our Loadout series too!

We will see you next year for more blursed shooter content! ❤

  2. Regarding the multi barreled gun from Starfield: There is another real life example of this concept. A 36 barreled gun by a company called "Metal Storm", which according to wikipedia managed to reach 1 million shots per second. It does not sustain fire though, they "only" shot 180 bullets with that speed. There are videos about it on YT aswell. It works with caseless ammo and each barrel is loaded with multiple projectiles, which are being fired electronically. "Funny" enough: the company went bankrupt in 2012, but the australian company DefendTex bought the intellectual property of Metal Storm and DefendTex is today known for making weaponized quadcopter drones. Drones that can shoot and also "kamikaze drones", which have been used in/by ukraine in the current conflict.

  3. hey can you check out the weapons of the roblox game Deadline? unpopular opinion but it has the most realistic weapon attachments and weapons on roblox. and roblox being a lego game, insurgency sandstorm level of guns is insane. just wanted to drop this comment out of hope that it would actually be reviewed

    oh, and happy holidays!

  4. You’ve totally got to do SCP:5K. It’s a Tactical Horror Shooter set in the SCP universe, and the gunplay is just great and looks realistic too (but I’m not a firearm expert am I)

  5. His parents Mr. and Mrs. Ferguson, Keeper of Firearms & Artillery at The Royal Armouries Museum in the UK which houses a collection of thousands of iconic weapons from throughout history must be so proud of their son Jonathan Ferguson, Keeper of Firearms & Artillery at The Royal Armouries Museum in the UK which houses a collection of thousands of iconic weapons from throughout history for all he has accomplished as the keeper of Firearms & Artillery at The Royal Armouries Museum in the UK which houses a collection of thousands of iconic weapons from throughout history. I hope they all had a very happy Christmas. To another great year!

  6. Would love to see a reaction to the realistic gun handling that Receiver 2 lets players experience. I've more than once died due to holstering or pulling out my handgun too fast, and the manual loading of magazines is oddly satisfying

  7. I think the MagShear was based off of a concept called Metal Storm that theorized a box of tubes, each loaded with multiple projectiles that would be fired via electromagnetic pulse within each barrel. They could be fired in waves, or simultaneously. I remember seeing this on an episode of Future Weapons back almost 30 years ago.

  8. Happy holidays to everyone in the crew. I follow this series every week, as every video is a highlight during my weekends! Hope to visit one of the museums in the near future. Thanks!

  9. Jonathan references his book "Thorneycroft To SA80". I recently purchased this book myself and it's honestly incredible for any firearms nerds or 'gunnuts'. Highly recommended.

  10. Happy Holidays Jonathan and Gamespot! All I want for Christmas is to know how accurate the guns of Ghosts of Tabor are to their real life counterparts 🙂

  11. CSGO skins being $3000AUD on STEAM!!?? WHAT THE FFFFFFFFINACIAL DECICIONS are people making to have that kind of money?? I can't have a real dinner for Xmas and people spend 3 times my monthly wage on a skin, in a game?? 😭

I just looked and the most expensive skin available today is the ★ StatTrak™ Shadow Daggers | Stained for $500AUD… They are invisible in game when you play, it is only when you inspect them you can see??? What on Earth is happening to this world??

I didn't expect this video to make me feel like a complete failure.
    Sorry.
I love the channel and Jonathans takes on weapons in games as well as his work as the KoFA at RA. He is a genius to me.

Merry Christmas to all, I hope you do have the money to buy a skin, I hope that for all of us… ✌
