  1. Wow. That looks even worse than expected. Especially for the pricetag. The placement of the cyclotron lights isn't even remotely correct, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. The fact that this is priced the same as the HasLab pack is insane.

  2. To me they are hoping that someone that wants to go to a Halloween party as a ghostbuster will think this is amazing. Fans I don't think fans will be happy at all with this. Totally overpriced..

  3. Ouch. That's. Not good.
I sure hope they are holding back on some big reveal to make that price tag worthwhile.
Does it play the theme song/music in general, or display all the video game lights/sounds? Something? Are you telling me all 4 of those toggle switches are just fidget features and don't do a ding dang thing?
    😢

  4. Yes it is overpriced and clearly the spirit pack is better but these will outsell spirit!
The problem is that ghostbusters is a world wide franchise and for some reason spirit halloween only sell to a select few countries essentially locking the rest of the world out unless people pay huge ebay mark up prices to get their hands on a pack.
Halloween costumes has seen the gap in the market and is offering their pack world wide.

  5. This thing is a joke. The lack of self awareness for them to sell it at that price point when other companies have put out better for less is truly something to behold. And I guarantee the lights going counter clockwise is an oversight on their part. Sure, they can point to that one scene, but given how little thought or effort has gone into the pack, im sure it's just a happy accident.

  6. Let me get this straight… They think that the Proton Pack, one of the most recognizable and famous wearable props in all of cinema, only has lights in the cyclotron portion and nowhere else…and their plan is to charge $500 for this “replica?” (Especially after another company releases one with better functionality and for HALF the price.)

    …Good luck.

  7. They're about 10 years too late to the game. Back then, fans would have accepted this pack at that price. But, with the Haslab pack and Spirit packs on the market, not a chance.

  8. I'd rather wear a car battery with LED's than pay for this. If this was the ONLY option in town? Yeah maybe. With the Haslab and life size spirit pack this thing is just not worth it at all.

  9. Oh god that’s AWFUL! I’ve been lucky enough to have a spirit pack life-size, the 80%, and have a has lab on the way. I modified my life-size spirit, and I would take that over this garbage any day. At least I made the spirit one look real, that one just looks awful all around

  10. How does this $500 rip-off somehow have less lights and features than BOTH of the Spirit Halloween models? 🙄It costs 2x as much as the Spirit Life-Size Pack and over 5x as much as the original Spirit Pack. The metal switches and some of the detail in the molding are nice touches, but any Proton Pack replica worth buying has to have a Neutrona Wand that lights up, that's truly bare minimum. For $500 I would expect a light-up power cell bar, not a sticker. For $500 I'd expect a Neutrona Wand with at LEAST a light-up tip and a vent light. This is an easy pass for me.

  11. Oh my god how totally lame the Hasbro proton pack was $400 and it was a thousand times better. How could you have the nerve to charge $400 for this but not accurate? Lights and sounds switches don't do much. There's no lights on the proton stream. I mean honestly not worth more than 100 bucks with that and those things missing. Maybe 150. Even the one they originally sold for $99 had the proton wand light up. Definitely a hard pass
