  1. @Lifter 3: wouldn't some of the problems be solved with bringing the feet more towards/under the bar? Then the shins wouldn't have that much space to come forward until reaching the bar and therefore the hips won't get as low.

    btw needed that tip with ribs down to get lower in the squat!

  3. Thanks for the advice, I've been working on upper back tightness. But I'll work on it more. The pauses I'm not having any depth issues, definitely not afraid to strip the weight if necessary. Don't worry Bryce I'm not looking in the mirror, I remembered you talking about that in a few videos and I try and make sure I don't watch myself in the mirror. Thank you for the advice guys. I appreciate it a lot
