  7. If you play on regural basis, It does not mean you are fit. It depends on alot of factors and One of the factors is your diet. U do play or exercise daily it is another thing but What you eat it is also important.

  8. Play only when you are 100% fit. Don't go when you are tired and doesn't have enough sleep or energy. Also, take rest between matches and even between points if needed. Don't let the peer pressure get to you. Also, when your body tells you that there is something wrong, do NOT ignore. Give your body enough time to recover and also get professional help from doctors.
