  1. I watch these videos over and over. I am intrigued every time. I learn something new every time. There is so much to learn it can be overwhelming. I am trying to be happy with just learning a little each time. My brain can't comprehend it all at once. This is where my passion is though. I just love learning about the Cosmos!

  2. 31:50 it COULD be spherical… we would need to be able to observe ATLEAST 23 trillion light years however to know for certain based on our measurements coming out flat for the 93 billion light years we CAN see (like how my house is on a flat surface relative to me but its on a sphere relative to space)

  3. Thank you for this video!
    Very calm and soothing voice.
I use it to take naps, it works better than 'Fall of civilizations', which was my previous nap collection.

  4. I've been really enjoying the videos on this channel. Some of the facts and ideas presented I have heard from time to time, but these videos weave them together into an intelligible whole; they provide a great overview of a topic. Plus the visuals and the narrative are really outstanding. Thanks for making these!

  5. I think we created a distorted reality in which we know nothing where we are in life and years of world government lieing to the entire earth we debate the the shape of earth lol how we not know nothing meaning of all these planets stars even religious beliefs none of our literature explains what space is we called it space because of nothingness but the nothingness is something all were doing is destroying us and earth slowly if they wanted answers government worldwide would work together but we drew borders on our planet we cant cross without issues language barriers crazy

  6. Very interesting video! The way you presented the origin of the universe got me thinking about some of the different aspects I've explored on my channel. Everyone has their own perspective and I love seeing diversity in scientific discussions like this!

  7. Why would you say there are over one hundred thousand, million stars in our galaxy. You make that a lot more confusing than it has to be for no reason.
For those of you that didn't get that he said one hundred thousand million. Which to simplify is 100 x 1,000 x 1,000,000 which equals a fucking lot.

  8. You know awarding the Nobel to Penzias and Wilson for the CMB instead Alpher, Herman, and Gamow who predicted it just seems rash. That Penzias and Wilson had to rely on Dicke to identify and explain what they found just underscores this point.

  9. I'm not a physicist but how could they measure curvature whilst inside the universe.they used earth as an example but we can calculate the curvature there as we are on the edge. If we were somewhere in center of the earth and didn't know where the edge is i don't think you could measure the curvature. Be interested if anyone had a similar thought or can point out where I'm wrong
