  1. Good morning everyone! After 4 years of waking up to Laura and family I’m still 100% engaged. Couldn’t start my morning without Laura! I looked through all of today’s comments and I don’t see any reference to today’s video editing. Is it just me or was the unusual speed and rapid changes cause anyone to feel nauseous? I still feel a little dizzy…..😢

  2. Wow, I love watching your videos they are all so helpful and what a beatuful place you have.. I do have a question if it hasnt been asked or if i have missed it somewhere in the comments… the question is When you mow down the canes to the ground will the heitage berries go back to producing the second crop summer and fall the next year? I have family heirloom berries and i have lost all the family members that knew the history of this type.. so i am hopeing to carry on the tradition and keep them alive and well

  3. Yes, seen the post and yes I have my pre-order placed!!! I was going to find another version to order this year, but I have been procrastinating and thank goodness I did. Cannot wait for my GA kneeling pad

  4. It’s funny to watch Aaron and how excited he is for all the new things in your store. I think it’s smart to capitalize on the influence you have to help your viewers and to add to your income with your business. Go Aaron!

  5. Hello Laura, I need your help. I've had raspberry going on to 3 years now, but still no fruit. I have it in a large pot, so that it can have its own soil. I do fertilize as well, but I've never pruned it. How can I help it to bear fruit this year?

  6. Super interesting! I bought a container raspberry plant last year but I’m unsure of its growth cycle. It must have been at least two years old because there were some raspberries on the plant when I purchased it. The card instructions said not to prune at all but my better instincts told me to go in on a sunny day mid winter and pull off anything that wanted to come off with just my hands and fertilize. Now the canes are nice and tidy. I’m excited to see if it will produce again this year!

  7. I like the kneeling pad! Would you consider making a narrow one that is easy to fit between rows of vegetable plants? I’ve never tasted a fall gold raspberry-would love to try one. 😊

  8. I picked up a Fall Gold raspberry bush last year but it didn’t do much of anything. I’m hoping for better luck this year! My local garden center has such gorgeous things but I seem to have a black thumb with their items in comparison to the things I pick up at the big box haha

  9. I love it when a kittie shows up and enhances the scene xx also not withstanding your hard work and making gardening fun and with timely reminders of tasks, that eventually make the garden even more enjoyable 🎉

  10. That looks soooo much better. The kids are going to love snacking on those over the summer!

This is another video without Douglas. Is he okay? I see Russell has been supervising and Cheddar has been around more.

  11. Thanks for explaining it so well. I “think” I get it. My mom has blackberries and they are the best dang things! Hers are along her fence, but they are SO deep. I get the crawling and popping up to pick! I never understood the pruning however. You made it so simple, I’m wondering If I am missing something? 😊

  12. When my family lived in Germany, for the military, we rented from an elderly man, in his early 70's. He tended all the garden beds around the house. Including a large patch of garden in an expansive lawn. He tied up his blackberries like grape vines, as you mentioned. My kids and I would sneak a few now and then🤭 they were the best tasting blackberries I've ever eaten

  13. Can you advise when is the best time in spring to apply the Berry Tone? Feb is still winter in Ontario Canada, even though our weather has been weirdly warm this month. Our planting after frost date is 24 May.

  14. Thank you, Laura, for answering my question from the last video. You stated that you write it down and check your own process for the times you can’t remember. Good for you! It never hurts.

  15. Laura, can you recommend any variety of berries that can grow in a ‘wild’ setting on land around our lakehouse – without much care? We aren’t at the property often enough to fiddle with them but would love the treat for us and our rental guests.

  16. You are just so good! There are so many other YouTube garden channels, but you are just so genuine and refreshing and pleasant. I do think some of the others try to copy you, but, there is no comparison! I love watching whatever you do. ❤️
