I thought about doing this a few times but was always hesitant due to the fact that Lickitung prioritizes Bulk over Attack however after seeing how much Hyper Beam did on Abomasnow has me pretty convinced it may be something to try at some point in the future!

The best part of the video is landing the HyperBeams as nobody would really expect a Lickitung to be running it. The added factor that most people even if it does have access to Hyperbeam they can just respectfully not shield as they feel that it is a pokemon that does not do big damage but when you pull out the big guns then it really questions them.
Even if Hyper Beam isn't always the correct move strategically, it is the correct move spiritually.
Try running Poison and double dark. It’s become viable again.
I’ve been using Nidoqueen lead with Obsta (Night slash + Gunkshot or Hyperbeam) and Umbreon. I’ve gone 46-29 with it the last few days.
Running shadow poliwrath with counter icy wind and hydro pump pretty fun!
