Who knew?!? The anime was right all along! 😂
When the show was airing in Canada, all the dollar stores started jumping on the Beyblade Chinese knockoff bandwagon. They used to stock rip cords that were up to a meter (3foot) in length. Absolute destruction. I had several beys that would eventually just shatter from the centrifugal force.

we have a 1 meter long ripcord here in PH before. the problem with long ripcord is that the teeth will get the beating will pulling with full force.

tried that once upon a time, i had been doing something like an iaido quick sword draw technique, the length was great didnt last long though
plus launching from your hip wasnt as accurate however the power generation, lets say i also had to replace the tips of my bey blades as well, the carnage on an aluminium 750mm wok wasnt to sneeze at plus the carnage when it imacts another beyblade sending bits flying was awesome lol
alas however, the rip cord didnt last even the second time it bolstered the spine with fishing line, i feel like i wouldve needed to make one continuous piece and back in those days there were no such thing as privately owned 3D printers,
well here where I live there was a store that used to sell fake ripchords 3x long as the regular one it costs around 10 rupees and is fragile and breaks from between. I with my Cosmic Pegasus won every battle with that long cord and even defeated a Nado which was 2x big from a regular Metal fusion beyblade

If I remember correctly, before when the blades of the bays used ti be actual metal, there was this one bay that had an extended cord, and damn was it powerful, we used the giant wok our grandparents used to have to we had plenty of space
