It's interesting how EVs have completely screwed with the performance car market. There is nothing special about a car doing 0-60 in under 5 seconds when its an EV. So the likes of Lotus here have had to throw in lots of trim, gadgets and kit to justify the price differential. Personally I wonder why people would want to buy a car costing this much when it would cost a fortune to insure or repair.
EVs policy will finish Lotus.

I really like this. If I gave a damn about SUVs or crossovers I might have bought one.
Looks like the Lambo Urus from the front but the overall car is not as good looking as the Urus.
Almost as quick as a Tesla Model 3 performance at £50k

The crazy thing is that the KIA EV6 is very very similar looking and actually nicer (IMO) and I’m a massive Lotus fan and own an Elise, it’s still a great SUV, but we’ll done KIA though.
Sadly Lotus is Chinese owned, so not an option. Brilliant car, it’s a shame.
