WSATools craps out when trying to install F-Droid.
Edit: My bad. I skipped the dev mode step. Debugger was also required, but the instructions are good and easy if you click the WSA help after the error.

You failed to mention a VERY IMPORTANT detail. Although you generally said "If your Windows supports virtualization" and otherwise you cannot do this, HOME edition CANNOT enable Virtualization. Do not assume the user is using the PRO version. Make your statement aimed at the end user not your audience.
Furthermore not all Intel chips support Virtualization technology. No idea about AMD
