The NCAA a couple weeks ago made it legal for athletes to basically transfer an unlimited amount of times. Surprised you weren’t aware….. so Kayden Proctor can go right back to Bama and be immediately eligible to play his sophomore year. Also, he did take $100,000 from the Iowa collectives which he does NOT have to pay back.

BV went from a 6-7 to 10-3 in a year and beat their arch rivals I just genuinely don’t know how that’s terrible. Or how he would be fired after this year. After bringing in his third top 10 class after everything fell apart when LR left. Lr took the star QB and his star receivers and bounced over night. Our recruiting class took a massive hit with everyone decomitting, 1 year later we’re 10-3 with a top 5 class. That’s like objectively good lol what am I missing here. I mean it’s not like we’ve lost to Texas 3 years in a row, that’s a sin.

You both agree that RB Coach really isn’t even needed. Certainly Chip Kelly could be both OC and RB Coach.
What about showing our 20 year memory to our Players, by allowing Maurice Claret to revitalize his life, by becoming Chip Kelly’s Assistant RB Coach for 2024 with option of becoming the full RB Coach in 2025, based upon his performance in 2024.
That would be the ultimate Hollywood Story that ESPN could do a movie documentary on.
In terms of real life College RBs, Maurice in 2002 was a Generational Talent with Super-Human Guts, Toughness, and Instincts. He could read and explode through the small holes like nobody else. If Trevon learned how to do that working with Maurice, he could be the Best Ohio State RB ever, because that’s Trey’s weakness.
JJ McCarthy does have that mentality u want as a QB. Whatever team takes him knows he's going to have a fresh arm bc he only threw it at 8× or less a game, & it was usually little dump offs. If u're looking for a guy with a little Mobility & good at handing it off JJ's u're guy

The B1G doesn't need either of them. Who we need is U of Miami, Georgia Tech and Notre Dame and possibly UNC.
McCarthy (from highschool) played "fast" that was enough to confuse db's on that level. In college I've noticed that he's the same guy. An athletic guy with a live arm who was never asked to develop. His game will not translate to the NFL they're all smart and athletic.
