  1. Send this video to all the drug dealers & gang members in your family 😂 In all seriousness, some felons are terrible people, some are not & imo they should have their 2a rights back when they serve the time. If u wanna get the new merch, check it out here 1shottvmerch.com thank you all for the support!

  2. Every comment is of idiots posting the sme thing saying "I was a kid and i got possesion…

Stop hogging up the damn comments section with your stupid stories of your bd choices and drug charges bro. Who cares. We just want yo know what the legal most powerful air pistol is. And by the way yo the people in Georgia, you can not actually own a muzzle loader legally and air pistols have a limit to them so it is illegal to own one with too much power. They have made it almost impossible to defend yourself with a felony. No stun guns, no high powered pellet guns, no muzzle loaders, but it looks like crossbows are okay so there is that. I just want a 6 shot .22 caliber gun that is small, very small. But felonies stop that. Any charged bullet is a no go. And air guns are a no go when the power is so many feet per second even though I dont know how they wpuld know exactly how many feet per second they fired unless it was able yo be looked up with manufacturers specs online or on a database or if air pistols have a serial number which I am still researching all this. I was going to buy the most powerful air pistol i could but I think it is illegal if you have a felony in Georgia even on first offenders. It sucks.

  3. Truely is the dumbest Law ever written. Crime is out there no matter what. Just warn the non- violent offenders after a long period of provable time doing right by Society to get tge 2A right back. Government and ATF are a joke anyways.

  4. Whats sad is our government will clear your record for money..hey i made mistake and served my time..im still revoked for life of my second amendment but hey i can give Uncle Sam some money and thats not a felony..bullshit..thats why our youth hate this government

  5. What about felons who have no violence and no history of violence..whos felony was not gun related and they served their time giving by the court..but the court takes matters into their own hand and say well let's just take all felons gun rites away, even after the paid their dues to society and that way if anyone kills anyone we covered our ass and said we made it so he couldnt get a gun or vote the rest of his days …aint our fault

  6. Is it me or does it seem like the pellet or bullet (if I may) that's used along with that rifle, and the combined power coming from that rifle is equivalent to a, 380 or maybe a 9-millimeter-based gun. The other question I have, I've never had the opportunity to use ballistic gel or the ballistic gel skull or skeletal setup. The artificial bone inside the gel, is it equivalent to the real human bone structure. If so, at what point do we stop identifying this weapon as less lethal? I mean I would love to get one but I get the feeling that some B.S. politician is going to band weapons like this as well!

  7. As a non-violent convicted felon I'll say the laws surrounding firearm ownership is extremely frustrating. My dad has been a gunsmith for 55+ years and I've been shooting my entire life (our family business revolves around firearm accessories) I've always loved target shooting and trap mostly which was a "right" (2A is a privilege I guess?) taken from me for a drug conviction. My father is over 70 and shooting was always our bonding pastime so losing that was extremely hard for me. I found your videos while looking at getting into PCP rifles to be able to go shoot with my dad again and I just wanted to tell you I appreciate you bringing attention to this issue. With the rate we incarcerate people in this country, we really can't be looking down on those who got caught anymore and I'd love to see ANY recognition on this issue from any lobbying group like the NRA and yet I haven't… So thank you

  8. Yep,, Even if your NOT a convicted felon,,, never been in jail,, IF you had a domestic, just yelled at the wife,,, You will not pass a background check any longer// You can still own a gun BUT can NEVER legally buy a gun from there on out,,, Laws are wrong,,
So for those who had a domestic,, air guns good idea to defend self and family,, and legal,,, Thanks for your videos,,

  9. Two things:
    1) Expungement doesn’t restore your rights but a Pardon does.
    2) Air bb and pellet guns are also felon restricted in most cases.

Learn to submission fight and carry ratchet.

  10. I agree, felons should have their rights restored upon release if we still believe in the concept of 'paying your debt to society' and 'reformed citizens', otherwise why are they being released in the first place? If they're still considered too dangerous then don't release them. The tyrannical government just doesn't want an armed society, that's all.

  11. If you file down a bit of the steel on the little piece that holds your ramrod against the barrel you'll not have it Pop out like that. You'll have to find the fine line where it's not to much but not to little.

  12. Yelp, I was drug dealer but got convicted on conspiracy charges. Im not violent and I was convicted 24 years ago and never had a single thing to do with drugs again. So, I do have the Navy .44 cal black powder pistol. it's a beautiful gun, I also have the nonlethal Bryna, it looks so real it's a great deterrent. I also have the Diablo black powder shotgun pistol, check it out, bad ass gun! I have several Big bore air rifles. For self-defense look into the .30 cal hatsan Blitz and for hunting check out the .50 cal umarex Hammer.

  13. I'm a convicted felon. I'm 50 now and I'm a completely different person then that 21 year old so long ago. I can't buy FireArms. It's not Fair at all,but is what it is. Thankyou for the information, that Air Rifle looks very expensive but I'll look into it. Have a Blessed Day 💯

  14. the definition of a firearm is " anything that uses a chemical reaction to fire a projectile" fire is a chemical reaction. you don't have background check but if a felon is caught with one its 7 years in prison. give correct information peoples lives are on the line…

  15. I was charged with a class C felony here in Maine when I was 18. I am now 37 and since that crime 19 years ago have had not so much as a parking ticket. I am a Father, Husband, Business owner, home owner, I volunteer to the public, hell my business is building and you best believe I give discounts to those in need. With all of that I recently submitted to the State of Maine to receive clemency. I was sent a letter response back that literally said that words ,” You haven’t proven you aren’t a danger to society anymore.” Which is absolutely absurd, especially when it was a drunken non violent crime. Just a kid being a kid. Anyway after the recent shooting in Maine I am obviously freaked out, especially without being able to defend myself or my family. I sincerely believe the justice system is disturbingly broken but I wanted to take a second to say how much I appreciate a non judgmental video such as this with a legitimate answer in it. So thanks Sir.

  16. You didn't research how the laws actually read did you. That air gun is illegal for a felon. Anything over .177 is illegal for a felon. That black powder pistol was not made in 1800's and the cylinder can be upgraded so it to would put a Felon in prison even if it was not upgraded, it falls under how the law is written that it is illegal. This isn't opinion and doesn't matter if some don't enforce this… to be real, your video is bogus, reckless and dangerous, yet most motherf*ckers go straight into cognitive dissonance all in ego, sooo… clown world LOL… what say you

  17. I love black power guns. Just a tip, you could increase accuracy by adding a wad and the cap issue might be solved by using a different size. A lot of those cheap revolvers will recommend the wrong size.

  18. A law just passed a few months ago where non violent felons can own guns. In my opinion gun rights should never be taken away, yes it makes it easier for criminals to get guns to commit crimes, but either way they're going to get a gun anyway. There are felons that are innocent, were in the wrong place at the wrong time, or just messed up once in their life and that shouldn't take away their right to defend their life.

  19. BLACK POWDER PSA : the federal government does not prevent felons from owning black powder guns. But MOST states do. Please check your laws before you buy a black powder gun. Air guns are generally a go! If anything, you could potentially be charged with a misdemeanor. And risking a misdemeanor for your family's safety? Good deal to me.

  20. This is a point I make frequently. Gun rights don't exist unless felons get guns too. If something can be taken away for LIFE without incarceration… it's not a right it's a privilege.

  21. I made a mistake 30+ years ago. It was a non-violent, drug related felony. I did 18 months and did my "penance". So, I owe NOTHING to anyone. I'll be damned if some asshole is going to take advantage of me because of that. Nope. I have my "protection". 2 in fact. So, law or no law, I am going to protect me and mine. Period.

  22. I caught a class a felony the night after going to a rave when I was 19. Someone had given me a couple pills of Molly the night before (MDMA). The next day I forgot I had one of the pills left, and being a dumbass kid I tried selling it downtown. Turns out the dude I sold it to was working with the police and I was charged and later pled down to the worst charge of the 4 felonies I caught that night, Delivery of MDMA within 1000 feet of a school. When they arrest you they really try to charge you with everything they can, so I had another delivery charge under the within a thousand feet of a school charge, possession, and some other class c felony, also including a class a misdemeanor for having my knife concealed. I own up to my actions today and I served my time, but part of me still feels bitter the fact that I really was just a dumb kid.

This was 11 years ago. That's the other thing, in my state today with measure 110 passed decriminalizing all drugs, I almost guarantee you I would not have been arrested in charged with so many crimes. In my honest opinion as someone who did, like I said serve their time, I paid back the community, the courts, did everything I can to make amends, I think that especially for people into drugs and non-violent offenders, they should be put into a rehabilitation center not prison. It should at least be case by case. As of right now with my current state laws, I'm pretty sure I still have to wait another 9 years just to appeal it to a judge to try to get my gun rights back.

  23. I’m a convicted felon for defending myself from a guy who attacked me and has connections with the DA and I was coerced into a bad plea deal for a guarantee of no jail time. I’m in no way a violent person but I lost my rights. I feel there should be an agency who interviews felons for who they are to determine if they should have their rights restored.
