NOTE: AstroAI Spec sheet says 1.25mm office installed, mine actually measured just over 1.mm multiple times. It's hard to say if mine was a defect, but others are saying they are getting similar results with low PSI/GPM pressure washers.
Can you use a 1.1 oriface safely with a gas pressure washer? I have an old(ish) craftsman that I would like to utilize and the AstroAi is looking like the ticket. Thanks!
Couple of things. What’s the big deal about swapping to 1.1 orifice? It’s like $9.
Also, any thoughts on the active 2.0?

The AstroAI guy I talked to on the phone read the manual and said the orfice size must be 1.25 and wondered where you got the 1.0 information.
The tool daily # 2 works good when you change the orific to a 1.1 foams like crazy, the only problem I have with them is the bottle is cheaply made and broke on me now I can’t find a replacement

I bought the Astro Ai one and changed to a 1.1mm orifice. I'm using Chemical Guys Mr. Pink. I'm still not getting really thick foam. Could my gas pressure washer be too powerful? 2200 to 2900 PSI and 2.3 GPM.

I mostly love my Karcher 1500psi electric pressure washer. Of course I upgraded the hose and gun that came with multi-brand adapters, then machined the adapter to accept a quick release so it now takes standard pressure washer tips.
The soap tube sucks so I've been considering a foam cannon.
None.. I never use my cannon.. I use a pump foamer.
Was looking at electric washers earlier today. But the 2500to3200 psi ones. 👍

you say the astro ai has a 1 orifice but it is advertised and came with 1.25, What gives , Is this going to change performance and can the orifice be swappped
